Alexander McQueen 1990s mini skirt in soft black velvet with a striking layered construction. The front is built from overlapping curved panels that wrap across the hips and create an asymmetric, cut-out effect through the centre, revealing narrow sections of the underlying layer. Multiple gathered velvet bands follow the shape of the panels and continue around the lower half of the skirt, creating volume and movement above the hem.
