Incredible orange and black python leather bra top from Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2005. A true one-of-a-kind piece, featuring an exotic snakeskin construction, black adjustable straps, and that signature ultra-feminine Dolce fit. For S/S 2005, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana looked to the glamour of Richard Avedon and the African-inspired imagery of Irving Penn, building a collection around python, tribal jewellery, raffia, feathers, and their unmistakable love of lingerie. Python appeared throughout the runway, from corsets and dresses to tailoring, accessories, and, of course, pieces like this — making this bra top a perfect little piece of one of the season's most iconic themes.
