Prada Fall/Winter 1999 boots. A rare pair in warm orange suede from one of the most iconic seasons of the house. Decorated with playful appliquéd leaves, insects and botanical motifs across the shaft. The pointed toes and heels are constructed in contrasting glossy red patent leather, with sculptural block heels adding a bold architectural element to the organic design. Small raised details and stitched embellishments give the suede surface a richly tactile quality, while the mix of earthy orange, deep burgundy and vivid red makes the boots feel almost like wearable autumnal illustrations.
