‘Style’ is a performative film inspired by Charles Bukowski’s poem of the same name. The work explores fashion as a radical language of identity, resistance, and transformation. It reinterprets the poem’s essence to reflect the evolution of contemporary fashion beyond trends — transforming it into a space of political, ethical, and cultural expression. Vintage couture becomes both costume and manifesto, as the film pays tribute to historical and cultural icons who have shaped modern aesthetics — from Joan of Arc to queer rebels of the 21st century.

The film has won ‘Best Story’ award at UK Fashion Film Festival 2025 and been selected for several festivals, including ‘UAL Future Fashion Film Festival’, ‘Fashionclash Festival 2025’, ‘London Fashion Film Festival’, ‘Female Filmmakers Festival Berlin’, ‘Fashion Film Festival Chicago’.
