This experimental short film explores the unsettling world of childhood nightmares through fragmented imagery, unconventional editing, and shifting visual textures. Inspired by David Cronenberg’s ‘Videodrome’ and David Lynch’s ‘Inland Empire’, the work combines footage captured on cameras of varying image quality, creating a distorted, dreamlike atmosphere. Set to music by contemporary artist Mori Mori, the film reconstructs fragments of the director’s childhood nightmares, blurring the boundaries between memory, dreams, and reality while paying homage to the experimental cinematic language of its influences.
